  • MCSE, CNA & Compaq ASE
  • Operating Systems experience in NetWare 3.12, 4.1x and 5.0; Microsoft NT 3.51, 4.0, and 2000; Terminal Server 4.0; SBS 4.0; Windows (95 and 98); OS/2; DOS, etc.
  • Server and E-mail migrations and upgrades, proficient in Exchange, IIS, Proxy, DHCP, WINS, DNS and diverse software and hardware. Experienced in Cisco's IOS, command line and 3Com's menu interfaces.
  • Certified in Microsoft SMS 1.2, 3Com CoreBuilder 3500, Cisco and other networking devices.
  • Twelve years of Management experience. Fluent in Spanish, excellent communication and problem solving skills.
  • Lead and presales engineer for a national integration firm. Successfully concluded mail and data migration on large Novell/NT networks.
  • Responsible for project management including analysis, design, creation of 'Scope of Work', deployment, configuration and successful completion of projects.
  • Strategize complex connectivity of WANs using T1, ISDN, DSL, and Frame
  • Relay, with multiple remote sites. Install and configure servers, routers, switches, manageable hubs, and a variety of other network devices.
  • Troubleshoot connectivity issues with DNS, DHCP, EMAIL, ISP, and interoperability between operating systems (Novell/NT).
