Topic: WIRELESS NETWORKS

Aruba Wireless Networks is a privately held data communications company that manufactures and markets high performance wireless network switching systems (WLAN) for enterprises and "hot spot" service providers.

Named one of the "Top 10 Start Ups to Watch," by Network World magazine, Aruba is credited with developing one of the first intelligent, high performance WLAN switches that specifically addresses security and deployment problems that have inhibited the adoption of 802.11 (Wi Fi) technology by large corporations

Aruba has garnered a variety of notable industry accolades such as the Best of Show Grand Prize Winner for the Wireless and Mobile category at the recent NetWorld+Interop conference and exhibition in Tokyo, Japan. Aruba's products have also won industry competitions such as being awarded the World Class Winner in Network World's recent Wi Fi switching product review.

Aruba's products uniquely enable corporations and providers to simplify the deployment and lower the cost of operating large scale 802.11 infrastructures. This is achieved through a centralized switching system specifically built for operating wireless LANs.
